Fall is one of our favorite times in northern Indiana. Not only are the fall colors stunning, but our fall festivals are some of our best, and the cooler weather makes it more pleasant to be outside. We have a list of our top fall events, everything from pumpkins and Oktoberfests (and some are not in October -- so mark your calendar!) to 0utdoor celebrations of fall. LaPorte County Parks in Autumn Glory
Fall is such a glorious time in the LaPorte County Parks. Bluhm, Creek Ridge, Luhr and Red Mill parks offer more than just the beautiful foliage.
Play a round of disc golf or take your dog to the no-leash facility located at Creek Ridge Park. Visit Red Mill Park for bird viewing, and a serene hike through a nature preserve while enjoying the fall colors.
