Come to the 74th Annual North Webster Mermaid Festival. The festival includes: a strawberry festival, merchant and food vendors, the cutie parade, a Cincinnati circus show, take a picture with a mermaid, a power wheels race, a demolition derby, and the queen of lakes pageant.
