The light parade is Nov 9; special events on Nov 16, Dec 3 and 7; and shopping until Christmas!

Experience the beauty of Shipshewana during Christmas time. Kicking off the season with a lighted parade and a tree lighting ceremony on November 9, the town will be shining from end to end.

November 16 

Chocolate Day

Purchase your one of a kind chocolate box at Aunt Millie’s Candy & Nuts inside the Davis Mercantile. Then stroll through our delightful town collecting chocolate confections to fill your box. December 3

Wana Night Out from 2-8 p.m.

Watch for advertisements on Shipshewana.com and in the local newspapers. Individual store hours may vary. Everyone loves a great deal! Wana Night Out is the time to visit Shipshewana for great specials and discounts. Shops stay open late to offer some of the best deals of the year. Just in time for the holidays! December 7

Kids Day 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

The fun begins at J. Farvers Books & Gifts, located in Yoder’s Red Barn Shoppes, 451 S. Van Buren St. Kids travel to locations throughout Shipshewana for a day of fun activities and surprises! For more Information: call: 260-768-4339

Santa arrives in Shipshewana, visiting with children from noon to 3 p.m. at Farmstead Inn Expo Barn, located at 368 S. Van Buren St., Shipshewana, IN. Children will receive a bag filled with goodies. While there, don’t miss kids safety day activities with local officers and the Winter Wonderland walk through experience.

Ship-Chic Craft & Vintage Show: Holiday Bazaar-9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

This indoor handmade and vintage market is a curated indoor pop-up market featuring vendors who specialize in antiques, crafts, handmade items, primitives, artisan goods, furniture, salvage, home & garden décor, baked goods, gifts and so much more. The barn will be full of unique items, plus there are shopper door prizes and giveaways. $5 admission, free parking.
