Historic Graveyard Trick or Treat-Grace Lawn Cemetery

October 08, 2022
6:00PM

Grace Lawn Cemetery is the final resting place of many important Elkhart figures, from city founders Havilah and Rachel Beardsley, to local medical genius Dr. Franklin Miles, to the eccentric Nellie Knickerbocker, previous owner of the reportedly haunted Winchester Mansion. Join us for an eerie walk through the city of Elkhart’s oldest surviving cemetery and learn the rich history of its residents – while also picking up some sweet treats along the way.
Tours start at the Beardsley Mausoleum and will be released about every 5-10 minutes. Please bring your own flashlight for safety purposes. We will provide bags for your candy! Costumes are strongly encouraged for all ages.
Event will take place rain or shine (exceptions for thunder and lightning).
Cost is $5 for adults and $3 for children 10 and under. Register below – if you pay at the event, we will accept CASH ONLY. Availability for walk-ups is on a first come, first serve basis as treats will be limited.
