Time to start planning ahead for the best fall events! Fall vibes are in the air even though it might still feel like summer during some of these events. Some are festivals that center around harvest and the symbols of fall - the pumpkins, the corn mazes, the apples, the sunflowers; while others are favorite festivals that annually take place in the fall. Oak Savannah Bike Trail
For a beautiful fall bike ride hit the Oak Savannah Bike Trail.
This paved multi-use path starts at Oak Ridge Prairie County Park in Griffith and connects with Hobart. Bicyclists find this 9.5 mile trail. a favorite place to bike, because it is generally flat and has over and underpasses for the major highways.
If you are ready for an even longer bike ride, the trail connects to the Prairie Duneland Trail and the Erie Lackawanna
