Victorian Charm in the Heart of Nappanee
Built in 1887 for Frank and Katherine Coppes, Market St. Manor (formerly Victorian Guest House) showcases Queen Anne elegance—stained glass, original woodwork, intricate tiles—and continues its legacy as a bed & breakfast. Located in the Nappanee Eastside Historic District and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.
