The heart of the “A Christmas Story” Comes Home exhibit at the Indiana Welcome Center revolves around six captivating animatronic window displays originally from Macy’s Department Store in New York, showcasing various scenes from the beloved film.
The essence of the movie is captured from a book that is a collection of short stories derived from Shepherd’s formative years in Hammond, Indiana.
