Visit the LaPorte County Historical Society Museum for the cars, the guns, and 14 period rooms that showcase many different times in history, including scenes in homes from pioneer life to the 1950’s, as well as beauty parlor and dentist office.
Learn the dark history of a Norwegian woman who had a number of suitors disappear on her LaPorte farm. Visit the Belle Gunnes exhibit for all the details, including how she disappeared, too.
