We have searched through our Top 15 lists and pulled together ten things to do if you want to get out, but are not ready to travel by plane. Most are outdoor, some completely on your own in your car, and others are for smaller groups. We encourage you to follow current guidelines for face masks, hand washing and social distancing.
Friendship Botanic Garden
The Friendship Botanic Garden is a secret garden of 105 acres of woodlands, beautiful formal gardens and statues. The Gardens offer an extensive selection of nature and wildlife as well as great playground equipment in the ArcelorMittal Children’s Garden. Kids can try out a hydraulic hand pump, and explore a special plot featuring flowers and herbs chosen for their senses of smell, touch and sight.
