Quilt Gardens

May 30-Sept 15, 2021

Color bursts everywhere in Elkhart County’s Quilt Gardens, where huge patches of ground are planted with hundreds of thousands of flowers each year in treasured quilt designs. You’ll find them along the Heritage Trail, a 90-mile tour that will take you to plenty of other photo-worthy attractions as well as the blooming displays.  These unique floral gardens are planted in patterns inspired by the famous quilts produced in the region. Between May 30th until September 15th, approximately one million fragrant flowers bloom to form the famous quilt patterns.
