Shipshewana shopping

A Shipshewana shopping excursion is an adventure for your spring break!  Don’t miss the Davis Mercantile, Yoder’s Department Store, and the many shops downtown that are open year round. Amble along the Amish back roads watching for shingle shops, indicated by the signs (or shingles) that announce their wares.

Be sure to check out one of the many auctions that take place at the Shipshewana Trading Place year round. On Wednesday mornings you’ll find a live auction featuring 6-10 auctioneers selling antiques simultaneously, as well a livestock auction.
