Fall is one of our favorite times in northern Indiana. Not only are the fall colors stunning, but our fall festivals are some of our best, and the cooler weather makes it more pleasant to be outside. We have a list of our top fall events, everything from pumpkins and Oktoberfests (and some are not in October -- so mark your calendar!) to 0utdoor celebrations of fall. Shipshewana for Girlfriend Shopping
Shipshewana is a favorite girlfriend trip. If visiting locally owned shops is your jam, then Shipshewana is your place! There is something for everyone, with over 100 shops (including downtown and shingle shops) offering a wide assortment from artisan and locally-made items, to antiques and home decor.
Come on Tuesday or Wednesday from May through September and shop the flea market for even more variety and fun!
