Paul H. Douglas Trail
You and your four-legged friend will enjoy walking among the black oaks that dominate savanna woodlands that are also home to 287 recorded species of plants and animals. Hike or ski the 0.9-mile Miller Woods loop trail, which leads past an overlook of marsh that teems with wildlife, including rare blue-spotted salamanders and western chorus frogs.
